Dr. Rick Scarborough is a pastor, author, and Christian activist from Pearland, Texas — just southeast of Houston. He and his wife, Tommye, have raised three children and are the proud grandparents of four grandchildren. His life and ministry have been shaped by
deep personal faith and an unwavering love for both God and country.

For more than 50 years, Dr. Scarborough has preached and mobilized pastors across the nation.
In 2018, after spending two years teaching in-depth Bible studies to members of Congress,
the State Department, and the Pentagon in Washington D.C., he returned to Texas
with a renewed sense of urgency and founded Recover America — a nonprofit
dedicated to equipping and mobilizing pastors and their congregations
to engage the culture with Biblical truth.

His message is clear: the Church must rise, or America will fall.
